It was a slug fest in Trinidad Thursday night with both teams busting the the 380 foot barrier for for home runs.
The Triggers took the early lead yet a strong Train Robber defense finally got on track and slowed the Triggers way down. They then started their own series of runs. They tied the game and went ahead in the fifth only to go a run down.
The Train Robbers then took the lead again in the eighth and kept it in the ninth. The defense held the Triggers off in the bottom of the ninth allowing only one run to win the game and bring the battle between first and second place in the north division a bit closer.
