Cowbell has shortened schedule

After snow hit Raton on Friday Cowbell activities were cancelled for the evening and moved out a day.

On Saturday only three games occurred as teams forfeited their games and others were unable to make it due to bus driver issues and forecasted weather. The boys consellation championship originally scheduled for early Saturday was resecheduled for Saturday evening at Raton Middle school at 8:00 p.m. As teams pulled out that game was moved to 5:00 p.m. Saturday at Tiger gym.

Questa was one of the teams that was unable to make the trip so those games were cancelled for Saturday evening. If Questa decides to make the trip on Monday to Raton they will play Springer in both the girls and boys brackets.  If that happens games will begin at 3:00 p.m. Monday. If Questa doesn't make the trip Monday the two championship games will take place beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Raton will meet Maxwell for the boys championship game which has been a long time for both teams. Raton girls will Des Moines who got a buy into the game as Questa canceled.
